She uses a combination of exercise, manual therapy, functional dry needling (FDN) and patient education to optimize function. As a long-distance runner herself, Casey has a special interest in running related injuries and understands the importance of rehabilitating athletes safely back to their sport and promoting future injury prevention.

Casey has taken post-graduate courses including Functional Dry Needling, PABC: New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries, Certified GLA:D Canada trainer (specializing in hip and knee osteoarthritis), Certified Canadian Red Cross Sports First Responder, and Concussion: prevention, detection, and management.

When not in the clinic, Casey enjoys being active and outdoors. Casey enjoys long distance running, hiking, cycling, snowboarding and yoga.
